The programme for the day will be as follows:
1. Opening Prayer by the Vice Chairman
2. Reading of the Club Core Values, Vision and Mission Statements for the hearing and acknowledgement of all present by the Chairman
3. Decoration of Members
- Presentation of our Prospects to the club
- Presentation of Members WHITE to the club
- Presentation of Members RED to the club
- Presentation of Members Black to the club
4. Short address to members by the club Sec Gen/Treasurer
5. Appointment of REMC Chief Whip
6. Highlight and details of “inaugural ride” and Training Plan by the Road Captain
7. Closing Prayer by the Vice Chairman
